Close the front entrance door at all times. We are on street level, there can be many uninvited guests ( flies, things that crawl, or sometimes even party crashers ) we don’t want anything to disturb your guests.

NO glitter, confetti. No balloons with glitters inside, if you plan on popping it at the end. Anything that can splatter all over the space is not allowed. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if any of the above are found in the space.

Blasting music & DJ are not allowed- We want to be respectful to our residential neighbors upstairs.

How to access the door:
1. Before you begin, please ensure the door is closed tightly to ensure the lock will operate properly. The lock latch will jam if you try to push it before unlocking it.
2. To OPEN: Press the last 4 digits of the phone number you provided with this booking reservation. Then press the RED button
You will only be able to use the code during the hours of your booking.
3. Once opened, the door will remain unlocked unless you locked it from the inside. Therefore only the first to arrive will need to follow the information above.
4. To LOCK:
From Outside Only- 1 Touch by pressing the RED button at the bottom of the keypad.
From Inside- scroll ⬇ to see instructions.

The old heater system is a bit slow on the warming up. 😅

Please Read:

When it's time to leave 😥 : Everyone must exit the space by your end time, any extensions that weren't agreed upon prior may result in a 1.5X overtime charge.

The space must be left in a professional state.

Take away ALL any items, decorations, or setups you have brought with you or taken down and in the trash bag. Do not leave them hanging in the space.

Any dishes, glasses you have used, place them in the dishwasher and run it. Any extra please place them neatly in the sink.

Any furniture moved *MUST* be put back to where you found it.

Additional Cleaning Fees may be charged if the cleaner exceeds her standard cleaning hours.

All trash goes to the Tall Grey Bin.

Additional Black Garbage Bags are in the drawers.

Place all trash bags next to the trash bins, inside the loft.

Please ensure it’s not leaking and our cleaner will take them out.
Recycle bins (Blue & Grey)

The Clear Bags are ONLY for recycles.

If you throw items that are non-recyclable in the Clear Bags, an additional trash organizing fee of $100 may occur. Due to DSNY will not pick them up.
Don't Forget:

Turn OFF the lights, except our plant frow lights.

Winter: Turn down the heater to 55
degrees -
Summer: Turn OFF the AC
