Important things to note:

Close the front door at all times. We are a direct street entrance in a semi-busy neighborhood, there may be uninvited guests ( things that crawl, fly, or sometimes even party crashers ).

Do not open the back door, this is for the emergency exit only and the building alarm will sound.

Do not tamper with any of the plugs, devices, and wires.

⚠️ Please help ensure your guests look for the correct unit and do not disturb our neighbors at 1G.
How to access the door:
1. Before you begin, please ensure the door is closed tightly to ensure the lock will operate properly. The lock latch will jam if you try to push it before unlocking it.
2. To OPEN: Press the last 4 digits of the phone number you provided with this booking reservation. Then press the RED button
You will only be able to use the code during the hours of your booking.
3. Once opened, the door will remain unlocked unless you locked it from the inside. Therefore only the first to arrive will need to follow the information above.
4. To LOCK:
From Outside Only- 1 Touch by pressing the RED button at the bottom of the keypad.
From Inside- scroll ⬇ to see instructions.
⭐️ Message us on Online if you are unable to access the door.
5. Close the entrance door at all times. We are on street level, there may be many uninvited guests ( flies, things that crawl, or sometimes even party crashers ) we don’t want anything to disturb your guests.
How to lock the door:
From inside, turn the round knob toward the
LEFT ⬅ to LOCK.
RIGHT ➡ to UNLOCK.

Additional bags
Trash
Recycle
All trash goes to the Tall Grey Bin.

Additional Black Garbage Bags are in the drawers.

Place all trash bags next to the trash bins, inside the loft.

Please ensure it’s not leaking and our cleaner will take them out.
Recycle bins (Blue & Grey)

The Clear Bags are ONLY for recycles.

If you throw items that are non-recyclable in the Clear Bags, an additional trash organizing fee of $100 may occur. Due to DSNY will not pick them up.
TRASH DAYS
If your trash becomes full and feels the need to take them out.

The trash days are Mon, Wed (Recycle), Fri Evenings.
